Dragon’s Dogma 2 Will Support Ray Tracing and Nvidia DLSS 3 at Launch

PC players who own RTX Series GPUs can utilize ray-traced reflections and lighting when the action RPG launches on March 22nd

Ray tracing support for Dragon’s Dogma 2 was confirmed when the PC requirements went live. During Nvidia’s Special Address at CES 2024, it was announced that Capcom’s action RPG will launch with ray tracing and Nvidia DLSS 3 support.

Ray-traced reflections and lighting are supported on Nvidia’s RTX Series GPUs, though gameplay will be revealed later. Ray tracing requires an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 6800. As with Diablo 4, it’s unknown if Xbox Series X and PS5 players also get access to ray tracing.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 launches on March 22nd and retails for $70 (Capcom’s first title with the price tag). Set in an alternate world with humans, Beastren and Elves, the long-awaited sequel sees the return of Pawns, who follow the player and assist in combat while also having Specializations.
