The remaster of Koei Tecmo’s 2008 horror title sports improved visuals and controls, Snap Mode for taking pictures, and more.​

Koei Tecmo’s remaster of Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse is now available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. Based on the 2008 Nintendo Wii title, it’s a psychological horror title where players must survive against evil ghosts. Check out the release trailer below.

Rogetsu Isle is the story’s setting with three girls – Ruka, Misaki and Madoka – returning years after a mysterious kidnapping incident. With their memories wiped and two other kidnapped victims dead, the trio investigate the island. A detective, Kirishima, also returns to the island in pursuit of a serial killer. As with previous games, players have the Camera Obscura on hand to take on the rampaging spirits.

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse features improved visuals and controls along with Snap Mode, which allows for taking pictures with different characters and ghosts
