Conceived by Michael Cosio, a California-based developer known for his deep passion for horror films and video games, this project reflects his dedication to creating immersive indie horror experiences. Michael is the creative mind behind several acclaimed horror titles, including Massacre at the Mirage, Terror at Oakheart and Suffer the Night. Currently, he works on The Skin Stapler. Drawing inspiration from the fixed-camera tension, puzzle-driven pacing, and scarce resources of classic Resident Evil games, Flesh Made Fear revives the feel of PlayStation-era survival horror while adding its own blend of body horror, conspiracy, and occult terror.

The primary objective is to infiltrate and dismantle Victor Ripper’s operation. Early gameplay is focused on survival and discovery, navigating Rotwood Forest and the corrupted town. Later, the mission shifts toward confronting Ripper directly in his mansion-laboratory, solving intricate puzzles, and enduring escalating threats. The finale builds into a high-stakes confrontation where the players’ choices and resource management define survival.
