10 new hidden Achievements were recently added to the game’s SteamDB page, hinting at new upcoming content.
Though Xbox’s first party took a beating this year with Redfall, it also enjoyed a very early victory with Hi-Fi Rush, a game that came out of nowhere and emerged as a massive surprise to one and all. Tango Gameworks’ vibrant rhythm action game has received no shortage of praise following its release, and for those who’re desperate for more of the same, something along those lines might be announced soon.
As spotted recently by a user on Reddit, new hidden Achievements for Hi-Fi Rush were recently added to the Steam backend, as per tracking site SteamDB, with each Achievement’s name holding the placeholder title “TBA”. You can check out a screenshot below.
The assumption that has instantly sprung to mind for many is that new content for Hi-Fi Rush is on the way, and might be announced soon. With the Xbox Games Showcase set for June 11, it may very well be a possibility.
In March, it was announced that Hi-Fi Rush had surpassed 2 million players. Reports emerged not long afterward that the game had fallen short of Microsoft’s internal commercial expectations, though Xbox exec Aaron Greenberg denied those reports, calling the Tango Gameworks title a “breakout hit” that succeeded “in all key measurements and expectations.”
Hi-Fi Rush is available on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
