Baldur’s Gate 3 – Hotfix 14 Brings Honour Mode to Mac, Fixes Various Crashes

Crashes affecting Xbox players during the initial cloud sync or that occur when synching multiple big saves together should be gone.

Larian Studios has released a new hotfix for Baldur’s Gate 3, which brings Patch 5 and its features – like the new Epilogue and Honour Mode – to Mac players. There are also fixes for various issues, starting with a potential crash that could occur in Honour Mode when trying to load a save file.

A crash that could occur when a second player joins in split-screen is fixed. Xbox players reporting crashes during the initial cloud sync can rest easy since additional memory is now allocated to prevent the same. A potential blocker that could pop up if a virtual keyboard is on screen while the host disconnects their wireless Xbox controller is also fixed.

Check out the full notes for Hotfix 14 below. Baldur’s Gate 3 is available for PS5, PC and recently, Xbox Series X/S (with game director and Larian founder Swen Vincke reiterating that it’s not coming to Game Pass).
