Starfield Receives Official Song “Children of the Sky” by Imagine Dragons

The sci-fi RPG from Bethesda Game Studios launches on September 6th for Xbox Series X/S and PC, with early access starting September 1st.

As if the hype for Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield wasn’t enough, a new video is available showcasing its official song “Children of the Sky.” It’s by the pop rock band Imagine Dragons, and though seemingly edited from existing footage, the sci-fi RPG still looks very good.

Releasing on September 6th for Xbox Series X/S and PC (with Premium Edition owners receiving access on September 1st), Starfield is about the player joining Constellation, an organization focused on space exploration. You’re hunting for rare artifacts, but there’s plenty of freedom to role-play whatever, whether it’s a mercenary or a space pirate, and ignore the main quest entirely.

Starfield has been in development for eight years and offers over 1000 planets to explore (even though only ten percent have life on them). Over 20 named characters can join your crew, and dynamic events occur while exploring space. You could even commit crimes and evade arrest.
