There’s been plenty of Sonic-related activity to keep up with of late, with the recent Sonic Central stream not only aligning with the launch of Sonic Origins Plus, but also bringing with it a new free update for Sonic Frontiers. Of course, recent weeks have also brought the announcement of the next mainline 2D Sonic game, Sonic Superstars, and we also got the announcement of new DLC for the upcoming title during the aforementioned stream.
Sega has announced LEGO collaboration DLC for Sonic Superstars. The announcement was made with a brief trailer, which showed both Sonic himself and the villainous Dr. Eggman being transformed into blocky LEGO versions of themselves.
