Konami talks up the upcoming remake’s “level of detail” thanks to the implementation of “the power of modern systems.”
Konami has already stressed on a couple of occasions that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is set to be a faithful recreation of the original MGS3, with the upcoming remake even set to bring over the original’s story and voice performances as is. One area where the game does look set to make significant changes, however, is the technical front.
In fact, taking recently to Twitter via the official Metal Gear account, Konami talked up that aspect of the experience again, touting “a level of detail that takes the immersion to another level”, owing to “the power of modern systems.” The tweet is also accompanied by an in-game screenshot. Check it out below.
Little is known right now about when Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will release, with Konami not yet having handed the remake a launch window. That said, leaks have claimed that the game is currently targeting a 2024 release.
Whenever it launches, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
