Blizzard Entertainment’s dark fantasy action RPG is available on June 6th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
Overwatch 2’s Hero Mode is cancelled, but at least there’s Diablo 4 for that sweet PvE action. Its Server Slam recently wrapped, and the development team is preparing for its worldwide launch. Check out the latest gameplay trailer, which sees each class wiping out hordes of evil monsters with increasingly violent methods.
The story takes place 50 years after Reaper of Souls, and Lilith, one of its creators, has returned. As The Wanderer, players meet old and new characters and become wrapped up in the quest to slay Lilith. There are five classes to choose from – Necromancer, Sorcerer, Barbarian, Rogue and Druid – each with different Paths, abilities and loot.
Even after completing the story, there’s plenty to keep players busy in the end-game with higher World Tiers, Paragon Boards, World Bosses, Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides and much more. Season 1 also goes live in mid to late July, adding new questlines, Legendaries, and a Battle Pass with cosmetics.
Diablo 4 launches on June 6th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC. It goes live on June 2nd for Deluxe and Ultimate Edition owners.
