Those who plan to buy Destiny 2 Season Passes piecemeal, we have some bad news for you: Bungie has announced that there is a 10% price increase for the standard Destiny 2 Season Pass, which is applicable once Season 21
Destiny 2 Season Pass Increase Details:
Season Pass: 1,000 Silver -> 1,200 Silver
Season Pass + 10 Ranks Bundle: 2,000 Silver -> 2,200 Silver
This a price hike of 10% overall, and equates to a real-world money increase of $10 to $12 per season, and around $20 to $22 if you’re getting the one with the rank bundles (which helps you progress the season with a little boost). According to Bungie, they will be “evaluating new approaches to post-launch content in the year of The Final Shape.”
Destiny 2’s Season 21: Season of the Deep will kick off on May 23 on all platforms.
