Two of Microsoft’s biggest exclusives will continue to be playable only on Xbox Series X/S and PC, in addition to Game Pass.
The Official Xbox Podcast’s special edition is now available, with Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer, president Sarah Bond, and Xbox Game Studios head Matt Booty discuss the future of Xbox. Spencer first announced that four first-party titles would be coming to other platforms but wouldn’t name them.
Further announcements are coming from the studios down the line, but these titles are not Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield or MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. No further details were provided, but both games will remain exclusive to Xbox Series X/S and PC (along with Game Pass). Spencer also didn’t address rumors of other titles like Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 and Gears of War.
Starfield will receive further updates, adding new gameplay options and quality-of-life features. A paid expansion, Shattered Space, is also coming later this year. As for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, it’s also out this year, but a release date has not been announced.
