Gran and friends tackle two massive bosses with different Skills and team-up attacks. The action RPG releases on February 1st, 2024.
Over seven years since it was first announced at Project Re: Link, Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy: Relink finally received a release date at Gamescom Opening Night Live. It’s out on February 1st, 2024, and while more details are coming on September 16th, extensive gameplay was revealed at Gamescom 2023. Check it out below, courtesy of Gematsu.
Two separate bosses are revealed, though various characters feature in the team. You have Siegfried with his two-handed strikes, Lancelot with his quick movement and icy attacks, Io with the spellcasting and much more. It’s a lot to keep track of, but each plays uniquely. By triggering Link Time, party members benefit from increased Attack, Critical Hit Rate, Regen and reduced cooldowns on Skills.
A Full Burst is shown at the end and sees the team unleashing a powerful attack, Gale Burst, together. Aside from massive damage and points, it’s unknown what other benefits it could offer. Stay tuned in the meantime for more details.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink is coming to PS4, PS5 and PC.
