The first person shooter is set to launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 10.
With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s recent global unveiling, Activision lifted the lid on some of the biggest headlining features in this year’s game, from its single player campaign to its multiplayer component to its redefined Zombies experience. Pretty soon, more details and footage on the shooter will also be showcased.
It’s been confirmed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be showcased at Gamescom Opening Night Live next week, on August 22. Gamescom ONL producer and host Geoff Keighley announced the news on his Twitter page, confirming that a “world gameplay premiere” will be showcased at the event.
It joins a growing list of major upcoming releases that will take the stage at Gamescom Opening Night Live, including the likes of Alan Wake 2, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Black Myth: Wukong, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Crimson Desert, Mortal Kombat 1, Sonic Superstars, and Lords of the Fallen.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is due out on November 10 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
