FromSoftware and Bandai Namco will be showing off plenty of new gameplay footage for the upcoming mech shooter.
Amored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon might be looking to deliver a very different experience from what FromSoftware fans have come to expect from the studio over the years, but given the studio’s immense pedigree, it’s no surprise that the upcoming mech shooter is still high on a great many wishlists. Recent days and weeks have brought some new gameplay footage and a new story trailer, but tomorrow, FromSoftware and publisher Bandai Namco will have a much more hefty demonstration ready to be viewed by one and all.
Taking to Twitter, FromSoftware has announced that it will be livestreaming a 12-minute gameplay brieding for Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon tomorrow, on July 25, at 7 AM PT. Further details haven’t been provided, so we don’t know what precisely to expect, but 12 minutes is a solid runtime for a new gameplay demonstration, so there’s a good chance that plenty of new details will be revealed. Could we perhaps learn more about the game’s PvP multiplayer as well?
Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon is due out on August 25 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Check out its minimum PC requirements through here. Shortly before its release, the game will also be part of Bandai Namco’s Gamescom lineup.
