The Game Boy Advance versions of Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario World and Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario World 2 are coming soon.
Nintendo has announced three new Game Boy Advance titles coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack next week. Super Mario Advance 1-3 will be available on May 25th for those with a subscription, making them playable on Nintendo Switch. Check out how they look in the trailer below.
Each title is based on an existing SNES Mario title. Super Mario Advance is Super Mario Bros. 2, or at least the version included in Super Mario All-Stars (with some new content that features Yoshi). Super Mario Advance 2 is Super Mario World with the option to play the entire adventure as Luigi, while Super Mario Advance 3 is Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario World 2.
That’s not all, as each Super Mario Advance includes the original Mario Bros., updated with support for four players. Super Mario Advance 4, based on Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES, is currently available to play on the service, so if you haven’t experienced all the titles, now’s a good time to start.
