Electronic Arts and Codemasters have released the first gameplay trailer for F1 23, the next title in the developer’s Formula One racing series. It’s out on June 16th for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Check out the trailer below.
Based on the 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship, it sees the return of Braking Point, with new circuits in Las Vegas and Qatar. There’s also F1 World, where completing challenges grants rewards and upgrades. Other new features include Red Flags, 35% Race Distance, and updated 2023 cars. My Team Career Mode also returns with split-screen and cross-platform support.
In a departure from last year’s game, the Standard Edition costs $59.99 and provides access to previous and current-gen versions on consoles. It also includes an F1 World Starter Pack and 5,000 PitCoin. There’s also the Champions Edition, which costs $89.99.
Along with the Las Vegas Pack, it offers three days of early access, four My Team Racing Icons, four Braking Point 2 My Team icons, cosmetic items for Braking Point 2 and the F1 World Bumper Pack. You also get Max Verstappen-designed in-game items and 18,000 PitCoin.
