Saber Interactive also has a larger patch out later this month, adding Ultrawide support, private PvE lobbies, and a Sparring Arena.
Fresh off the news that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 has sold over two million copies, Saber Interactive has released its first hotfix for consoles and PC. It’s light but addresses potential crashes that could occur.
These include rare crashes when starting the game, at the first cutscene, and more. It also addresses bugs causing soft locks in the campaign. PC players should also note that the hotfix optimized CPU behavior on high-end CPUs, so it should result in improved performance.
As for the future, the development team will deploy a heftier patch later this month, adding support for Ultrawide displays, a Sparring Arena in the Battle Barge for PvP, and lobbies for private PvE. Stay tuned for more details when it goes live. Saber Interactive is also working to address class matching issues in Operations, though there’s no ETA.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC.
