Aliens: Fireteam Elite is Getting a Cloud Release on the Switch

The co-op third person shooter will be coming to the Switch later this month, while a free demo is also now available on the eShop.

2021’s Aliens: Fireteam Elite may not be the best Alien game you’ll ever play, but the co-op third person shooter was still a solid experience in its own right. Having been available for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox upon its release, it will soon also be made available for more new players.

It’s been announced that Aliens: Fireteam Elite is getting a cloud version release on the Nintendo Switch. Set to release on April 26, the port is being published by Ubitus. A Standard Edition of the game is available for $29.99, while players also have the option to go for a $59.99 Ultimate Edition. The latter includes the base game itself as well as its Pathogen expansion, on top of the Endeavor Pass, and the Endeavor Veteran Pack.

Following its launch, Aliens: Fireteam Elite also received a decent chunk of free new content over the course of multiple seasons of updates, so new players should have quite a bit to dive into right at launch.

Aliens: Fireteam Elite is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
