A new gameplay clip showcases what Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ updated parkour will look like in action when playing as Naoe.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is going to see players stepping into the shoes of two co-protagonists, each bringing their own unique gameplay style and mechanics to the table. There’s the samurai Yasuke, who’s going to be more combat-focused and enable players to face enemies head-on, while Naoe the shinobi is going to be much more agile, and focused more on stealth.
The latter is, of course, what the Assassin’s Creed franchise has typically been associated with most strongly, and Ubisoft has now revealed a new gameplay clip offering a glimpse of what to expect from Assassin’s Creed Shadows on that front. In addition to nimble and agile parkour movements, Naoe will also have access to a physics-based grappling hook, which is also on full display in the gameplay clip. Check it out below.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is due out on November 15 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
