It’s on for Xbox Series X/S and PS5 for up to five hours, though co-op isn’t available, and you must be connected online.
Alongside the launch of The Sky Breaker DLC, Massive Entertainment’s Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has received a free limited-time trial. Available until July 28th for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, one can experience up to five hours. Of course, you can’t progress the story past the main quest, “The Aranahe Clan,” after reaching the Hometree.
Co-op isn’t available – only solo play. Trial users will also need to be online to track progress. As usual, if you buy the game, progression from the trial will carry over. It’s not a bad time to jump into the open-world experience (currently 50 percent off on consoles).
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora launched on December 7th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC.
