Spiders and Nacon have announced the early access for their upcoming RPG sequel, which will also come to current-gen consoles upon its full release.
2019’s GreedFall is one of the best AA RPGs you’re going to find on modern hardware, so it’s no surprise that excitement surrounding its sequel has been high. Earlier this year, developer Spiders and publisher Nacon announced that GreedFall 2: The Dying World would be launching in early access for PC sometime this summer, and now that we’re smack dab in the middle of summer, a specific release date for the same has been announced.
GreedFall 2: The Dying World will launch for PC in early access via Steam on September 24. As confirmed previously, upon its early access launch, the game will give players access to its entire beginning, which will entail the character creator, three regions to explore in the form of Teer Fradee, Thynia, and Uxantis, early companions to include, regional quests, and dungeons, and more.
Future updates will include new companions, regions, quests, features, skills, and much more.
GreedFall 2: The Dying World will be available only on PC upon its early access release, but the full game will also release for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. It’s currently unknown exactly how long the game will remain in early access. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks and months.
