Atlus has announced another livestream for Studio Zero’s Metaphor: ReFantazio, roughly a month since the last. Going live on July 6th at noon JST (8 PM PST on July 5th), it will see the development team providing the latest details on the story.
Director Katsura Hashino will be on hand to discuss the narrative, “worldview”, and companions who travel alongside the protagonist. Thus far, we know that players explore Euchronia, a kingdom whose King has been assassinated. As part of the Elda tribe, they’ll enter the tournament to crown a successor while attempting to cure Euchronia’s crown prince of a curse.
Accompanying the player is Gallica, a fairy; Strohl of the Clemar tribe; Hulkenberg, who served as a bodyguard for the royal family; Heismay of the Eugief tribe; and many more. The livestream will likely introduce even more new characters, so stay tuned for updates.
