Activision has something for Call of Duty: Warzone and/or Modern Warfare 3 players this weekend, as the premium cosmetics collab with Gundam is now live, alongside some free content in celebration of Pride month!
According to Activision, this is just the first of three Gundam collab cosmetics incoming for the two games. Check out the MS-06S Zaku II in action.
In addiiton to that premium cosmetic bundle, Activision also released a freebie, and it’s in celebration of Pride month! Check out the seven weapon skins available to all players right now for both Warzone and Modern Warfare 3!
While the Pride weapon camos look awesome and is a good gesture by Activision in support of LGBTQA rights, the Gundam suits are kind of out of place. I mean, they look cool and all, but they really make the game seem goofier than it needs to be, no?Then again, we really shouldn’t be surprised given the kinds of operator skins we’ve seen. I suspect we’ll get more zany operator skins in the future as well, and I can’t say I’m a big fan of it.
In other Call of Duty news, Black Ops 6’s big reveal is happening in just a few days in the Call of Duty Direct show, which goes live after the Xbox Games Showcase.
