Eventide Labs, Cirrus Plaza and Dissonance will be available for all players with a separate 3v3 playlist for quick access.
While PvE is the focus with Destiny 2: Into the Light when it launches on April 9th, PvP players will also have plenty to look forward to next month. A free map pack is inbound, adding three new Crucible maps – Eventide Labs, Cirrus Plaza and Dissonance.
Bungie previewed each map in its recent developer livestream, starting with Eventide Labs. It’s essentially a Crucible map of Gale’s Watch on Europa, where players fought Eramis in Beyond Light (with her ship visible in the skybox). Cirrus Plaza is on Neomuna – mostly interior-focused, with multiple walkways and floors.
Finally, there’s Dissonance, seemingly located on the same Pyramid ship that players battled Nezarec in the Root of Nightmares raid. You can even see the Traveler and the portal created by The Witness at the end of Lightfall. All three maps will be available on May 7th and have a separate 3v3 playlist for those who want to dive into them immediately.
