Rally fans are in for an exciting week, as EA Sports WRC launches on PS5. Arriving on 3rd November, or 31st October if you’ve pre-ordered, the game comes from Codemasters, building on its previous hardcore rally titles and folding in the official World Rally Championship licence. To celebrate the launch, EA has released a new trailer, and it should whet the appetite of any petrolheads.

Based on what we’ve seen of the game in the lead up to launch — and on the strength of Codies’ DiRT Rally games — we’re pretty excited for this one. Though we’ve yet to play it ourselves, all signs suggest this is basically DiRT Rally 3 in all but name, with the added benefit of official cars, teams, and stages.
