The legendary luchador joins the sequel’s roster, dishing out piledrivers, powerbombs, clotheslines and much more with ease.
Continuing its reveal of the launch roster for Tekken 8, Bandai Namco has a new trailer showcasing King in action. The luchador is back and better than ever, executing high-impact moves and no-selling offense like the best. Check out his gameplay below.
King is a wrestler, which means several of his moves rely on grappling the opponent. He can execute clotheslines, double under-hook pancake piledrivers, powerbombs and much more. Several of his moves also provide super armor to push through weak attacks and capitalize on openings. Perhaps the best part of the trailer is his promo, which is entirely in jaguar-speak.
Tekken 8 is coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. It doesn’t have a release date, but Bandai Namco is looking at sometime before April 2024.
