As a follow-up to Horizon Zero Dawn from 2017, Forbidden West sees Aloy venturing to save the world. It expands on the open world with new activities, Machines and weapons while improving the presentation, motion capture, and more. Burning Shores introduces a new region and threat, as Aloy works with newcomer Seyka to confront it.
Horizon Forbidden West has sold over 8.4 million units since launch. Check out our review for it and Burning Shores here and here. As for the future, Guerrilla Games is working on an online title, though there will be more single-player-focused adventures for Aloy.
