From the studio behind SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption, it sees a sentient clay puppet seeking water fragments in a collapsing world.
As part of its PlayStation China Hero Project, Sony Interactive Entertainment Shanghai has announced Dhaba: Land of Watermarks. As an action RPG developed by Dark Star (SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption), it’s coming to PS5. A release window wasn’t announced, but you can check out the first trailer below via Gematsu.
Set in a world under threat, Dhaba is about a clay puppet that’s become humanand who sets out to find the water fragments. There are various environments to explore, from a massive valley and ruins to a forest and floating city. Levels are interconnected and nonlinear but also teeming with threats (including some massive bosses).
As the puppet collects the water fragments, they learn more about the world and themselves. Combat appears to mix Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty-style counters with Souls-like dodge-rolling. The English title for Dhaba: Land of Watermarks has yet to be announced, so stay tuned for more details and updates.
