CD Projekt RED has announced that its first-person action RPG is finally headed for Mac, with support confirmed for features such as path tracing, frame generation, and built-in Spatial Audio.
From the next Cyberpunk game to a live action project to another animated Netflix series, Cyberpunk fans have plenty to look forward to in the future. In addition to that, CD Projekt RED is also gearing up to bring the original game to a wider audience.
The developer has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition will launch for Mac sometime in early 2025. As its name suggests, it will include the base game and its highly acclaimed Phantom Liberty expansion, while CDPR has also confirmed support for features like path tracing, frame generation, and built-in Spatial Audio.
A specific release date for the game’s Mac version is currently unknown, with CDPR only saying that that information will be shared “at a later date”.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
