The first four levels from the remake’s first world, local co-op and Casual Style, are available to try before launch on February 16th.
Nintendo’s Mario vs. Donkey Kong is out in the next two weeks for Nintendo Switch. However, for those who can’t wait, a free demo is available now on the Nintendo eShop. There’s also a new overview trailer to outline what players should expect. Check it out below, alongside a new Japanese commercial.
The demo contains the first four levels from the game’s first world, showcasing the various puzzles and challenges players can expect. Local co-op, allowing another player to control Toad, and Casual Style, which removes the timer and provides checkpoints, are also included.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong launches on February 16th and features over 130 levels. There are six worlds from the original Game Boy Advance version with their Plus levels and Expert levels included, but the remake adds two new worlds with new themes, hazards and more. Time Attack is also available as an extra mode, with players able to rack up the best times for clearing stages.
