Remnant 2’s newest gameplay demonstration showcases the location named Yaesha, and combat gameplay for several classes.
Since announcing Remnant 2 in December, developer Gunfire Games has showcased plenty of gameplay for the Soulslike action RPG shooter, and with every new showing, it has continued to look more and more promising. The studio has now released another chunk of new gameplay footage, showing off over 9 minutes of pre-alpha gameplay.
The video showcases the area known as Yaesha, a location characterized by swamps and foreboding forests, with several areas within the location shown off. Plenty of combat is also showcased, as you may have guessed, with three classes (or archetypes, as Remnant 2 calls them) taking the spotlight.
Namely, these are the Handler class, which is a support class that comes with a dog companion; the Gunslinger, which is all about DPS and fast attacks; and the Challenger, which is more of a tank class and comes equipped with some pretty heavy weaponry. Check out the video below for more.
Remnant 2 is due out for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC this Summer.
