A reveal trailer for the rumoured remaster has leaked, seemingly confirming a January release date.
The Last of Us Part 2’s remastered release for the PlayStation 5 has been in the rumour mill for a while now, and now, it seems all but officially confirmed. A reveal trailer for the title has leaked, courtesy of Insider Gaming, and it has seemingly confirmed a release date.
As per the trailer, which you can view through the link above, The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is launching for PS5 on January 19, a couple of months from now. Presumably, that means the game will be officially announced soon. Whether that means we’ll be seeing this leaked trailer at The Game Awards or December 7 remains to be seen.
Additionally, details on the additions and enhancements the remaster will include have also been revealed courtesy of its PlayStation Store page leaking. Among other things, The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered will include a new roguelike survival mode called No Return, new behind-the-scenes content, technical and visual enhancements, and more.
